The apartment is located in the north of the Berliner Ring in a quiet village location. It offers a good mixture of nightly peace on the one hand and the proximity to the many Berlin and Brandenburger sights on the other hand.

Combine the lifestyle of the capital with the visit of the gardens of Sanssouci. Enjoy the country’s air at the Oberhavel Bauernmarkt, glide in windy weather with a balloon through the air, or let Fontane gleam from the crystal-clear Stechlinsee. Marwitz borders directly on the „Krämer Forst“ landscape conservation area with a forest area of over 4,000 ha. The „Krämer Forst“ is located on one of the most beautiful cycling and hiking routes in Germany and is considered the green lung north of Berlin. Leave your car and take the S25 quickly into the city. But also on the spot are restaurants and consumer markets only 2-3 minutes walk away. Airfield, bus and train are quickly available. Nevertheless, if it pushes, we like to pick you up somewhere. Also for your pet, if this also needs holiday, we find, just like for you, a suitable sleeping place.
Vacation Germany
On approximately 150 sqm of floor space (about 80 sqm of living space) is waiting for you a cozy attic apartment. Enjoy the wide view of Berlin from here. The apartment is spread over two floors in four separate rest areas. 4-6 people can thus relax after an interesting day and deliberately withdraw. With a good TV (digital TV) you can switch off relaxt. You can also borrow a book or game just as well. Especially in the summer it is possible to explore the romantic garden with seats, barbecue, trampoline, play facilities and animals.
For business people there is also an office corner, W-LAN and telephone. Apart from that, you will find a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
If desired, we bring fresh bread for our holidaymakers in the morning!

Potsdam: The city of Potsdam is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Embedded in an attractive cultural landscape the capital of Brandenburg has much to offer appealing to many different interests and expectations. Its most famous landmark is Castle Sanssouci. But the former summer residence of Friedrich the Great and its park with many additional sights is not the only thing that makes it worthwhile to visit Potsdam. The historical quarters of the city like the Russian colony Alexandrowka, the Dutch quarter, and the former Bohemian weaver quarter give Potsdam typical European city feel. Other things Potsdam has to offer are the film park, a nature adventure world ‚biosphere‘, the Volkspark on the former German Federal Garden Show compound, recreational navy, royal property Bornstedt as well as a manifold cultural spectrum in the Schiffbaugasse in the historical center of Potsdam.
